"The Hub" is a dynamic pop-up venue where people can immerse themselves in a variety of activities: enjoy street food, socialize, read, or participate in meetups. Inspired by the World Resort and Casino in Vegas, which features a 24,000 sq. ft. space hosting global street food vendors, we aim to replicate this vibrant atmosphere on a local scale. Our events are designed to spotlight local chefs, encouraging them to showcase their culinary talents in innovative pop-up settings.

Why AI?

Economic projections suggest that AI could displace up to 40% of jobs. While this might imply vulnerability, particularly for older workers, our vision at Community AI Hub is different. We believe AI, when utilized with intent, can foster an ecosystem where individuals, without significant capital, can start their own businesses. We see older workers not as vulnerable but as seasoned managers. The Hub is designed as a nurturing environment for this demographic, offering them a platform to engage and excel.

Founder's Mission

Our mission is to launch a nonprofit community project dedicated to supporting small business entrepreneurs, particularly those over 50, in leveraging AI to build sustainable businesses without the need for startup capital. Our website will serve as a marketing platform, and our AI agent will offer valuable services to site visitors, all at no cost. Additionally, we plan to transform the traditional clubhouse into a lively space where community members can socialize while experiencing unique, affordable cuisines.

Introducing Our AI Agent - Yume

Yume, meaning "dream" in Japanese and also shorthand for "You and Me," symbolizes our collective vision. This platform is designed to combine both human intelligence (HI) and artificial intelligence (AI) to yield the best results from both worlds. We encourage event professionals, including those in supply chains and farmers, to share their knowledge with each other. Yume will collect and organize the information to answer questions related to event production.
